That bee is more than any seen where I live. Hi. Waves to “mother” 🙂
it was actually fairly regular in size, as the bull thistle is also, in reality, not quite this large, i believe.
O I wasn’t referring to its size but just it being ‘around’. Haven’t seen many bees at all since the hight heat volume hit and wrecked most of the flowering plants here.
ah…bummer for the bees. recently, my parents substituted some hummingbird feeders for the flowers that are no more, and the bees have been having a grand time weighing in.
