Oh my – dinner in a bag! Looks a little different from the roasted chickens we have at my grocery store. Great photo.
thank you – i think these may be roasted duck… glad i caught it.
I didn’t think those were chicken feet, since as a kid I used to think chicken feet were a treat. I have to go to Chinatown to get roasted duck – not the local grocery. It’s so much simpler than cooking one at home, and they are always delicious.
