  1. in a complicated
    world, the brain learns
    to process data
    through shortcuts –
    the three sustained
    horns from a passing
    truck summon
    Mathis der Maler,
    the lingering cologne
    in the stairwell, two
    lifetimes ago,
    the lady in the park
    with pigeons and
    other stereotypes –
    neurons will fire
    in synchrony
    to fill in the
    and fears

  2. sometimes we have too much human beings on the same street:
    happy METROPOLIS

  3. This is a wonderful capture. Poor lady to be bothered by birds, but such sweet reaction. 🙂

  4. Lovely photo of pigeons! They all seemed to be enjoying the moment.

  5. Too good…
    Breakfast for the birdies! 🙂

  6. Reblogged this on doudoubirds and commented:
    My fate awaits….

  7. Nice post 🙂

  8. Nixce post

  9. love the movement of the birds and the expression of the woman.

  10. I’d frame and hang this one, “Y”. Why? The memory of that segment in Mary Poppins where the old lady is feeding the birds and that beautiful song that accompanies it are brought to mind. It moved me and this photo does the same for me.

  11. So many great photos… great job, Yi..
