  1. there is maybe
    probably most
    a code in the
    turn and curl
    of your hair,
    the way it
    leaves a
    promising sign

  2. This makes me smile. My hair never has done what I wanted and I love the image of this fruit. I knew nothing about it before viewing another watercolorist’s site from malaysia, here: http://jongsart.wordpress.com/2009/08/12/the-durian-season-2/ and here: http://jongsart.wordpress.com/2009/07/22/the-durian-seasons-1/
I think I will appreciate my hair, now, and will probably ponder that things could be worse. I could have little individual spikings coming out of a bald pate. Ha!

    • thank you!! this fruit is called rambutan, and not the “durian” that you’ve seen, although the painting does deceive (smile). look up “rambutan” – perhaps someone has painted this fruit as well. if not, i hope you will! have a lovely Thanksgiving!

  3. Thank-you, “Y”. Oops! Sorry about that. They looked similar to me….still am chuckling about the hair and this spikey looking fruit, though! Aaaah, I learn.
    Happy Thanksgiving!

  4. Beautiful! I love them.
Okay, this will sound strange–but these are EXCITING my imagination in an unusual manner.
