hide-and-seek…
This is beautiful–the boxes, the children–the entire composition–o my, Y!

Have you considered making a ‘poster’ of this photo? I would ‘take’ one–seriously, I would.
i have yet to make a poster, but it’s a thought! thank you!
other thought–a composite poster of a selection of your most engaging photos–yeah, I’m ‘full’ of thoughts this morning.
this ones my fav, perfect composition, yes. I loved chalk when I was little
me, too! colored chalk or white? thank you for the compliments!
any kinds, really, we used to trace our outlines on the sidewalk then color on the clothes. a good way to get chalk smudges on everything…

Btw, Otto, I find it very interesting that we have that particular childhood memory in common. Yi-Ching–and was is Mom’s ‘ruling’?
oh, i just mentioned it to her, and she didn’t give an opinion (smile). she just “nodded.”
