i have to tell you that photographing others’ dishes really help to relieve order envy. this one, i really wanted, but…i let it go. besides, my jerk chicken was delicious! now i just have to return to order the oxtails…(sheepish grin)
My grandmother used to cook oxtail and it was soooo gooood. I wish I had learned to make it while she was still around to teach me. Funny thing, my cousin and I were talking last night and we’re going to start working on learning all the family recipes. Bacalao (a yummy codfish stew) and Oxtail are top on my list. YUM!
