thank you. i’ve been nursing a cold since Wednesday night, nose all rubbed out (you can kind of tell…those were taken yesterday) and still learning to breathe again…sore throat from coughing.. (smile). hopefully will recover soon! i hear you are sick, too – hope you’re feeling better.

osha root from White Dove herbals from Boulder Colo. It is bitter, so I mix it with cognac or scotch or whiskey, a few drops in a few drops. seems to kick the virus away.
